Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup queso or shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato

  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Method

  1. Brown beef in a cast iron skillet. Drain and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water.
