Method

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Stir in milk and oil until smooth — scrape the sides.
  3. Press chocolate chips into the center.
  4. Microwave 60–80 seconds (it should look set on top but still glossy).
  5. Eat warm with a scoop of ice cream if you’re being good to yourself.
